As a Product Manager at Pixieset, you will play a significant role in designing and developing innovative software for more than 1 million photographers and creative professionals worldwide. With exceptional product sense and innate curiosity, you will be responsible for refining strategy, conducting market research, solving problems, and making impactful decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will have a unique opportunity to bring new products and features to life, making a significant impact on our customers and their clients.
Your Impact
- Influence the product roadmap for new features and improvements, executing our strategy and product vision
- Work collaboratively with Leadership, Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver new product features, managing the release process and cross-functional dependencies
- Develop concepts for solutions in wireframe form
- Create detailed requirements and specifications for various project stakeholders
- Work with designers to deliver high-fidelity experiences
- Analyze competitors and market trends, owning the idea management process
- Report on progress and product performance
- Deliver a best-in-class product for Pixieset users
Role Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Manager delivering SaaS or e-commerce products
- Experience developing concepts for solutions in low-fidelity wireframe form
- Experience connecting innovative solutions to real-world user problems while navigating the business needs of a rapidly scaling organization
- Experience working with Engineers and Designers in an Agile environment with a focus on collaboration
- Strong product sense with the ability to conceive winning solutions and deliver an exceptional user experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to communicate objectives and requirements
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering products for creative professionals is an asset
- Technical background or familiarity with software engineering is an asset

The typical salary range for this position is: CAD $93,100 - $129,150 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
